PROBIOTICS AND SKIN HEALTH

If your gut health is not balanced your skin can have an unhealthy appearance and your topical skin care products will not be able to work efficiently.  I have been recommending probiotics for over 25 years.  The brand I love is NATREN and specifically their product called TRENEV TRIO.   This potent probiotic contains a minimum 30 billion of three potent, super strains of beneficial bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.  This potent probiotic can help balance your gut health and you will notice within a few months that you skin will be healthier.  Spor probiotics are now being used in sunblocks and other skin products.  They have a unique form which allows them to survive in harsh conditions, such as high temperatures and low ph levels making them more resistant to environmental stressors.  There are many companies venturing into this market but I would caution you to do your research to see where the ingredients are coming from and be sure you check their scientific data. 

Natren Trenev Trio  probiotics have to be refridgerated so just be aware of this when purchasing .
